Improvements

We can install new energy variable speed pumps that can help save you money. You can control the pump speed and set a schedule for when it should run.
A filter upgrade will also let you run your pump for less time.
We can upgrade or repair any brand of pool cleaner.
If your equipment pad is a mess and you want to start over, we can help you with that as well.
We can also install saltwater generators and controllers.

Check Your Vac-Lock!

If the cover on your vacuum lock is broken, you you should replace it immediately. If the pool cleaner hose comes off while people are swimming, the Vac-Lock is designed to slam shut immediately. If the cover is broken, hair or fingers could be sucked into the port.

Do you have an Ozone system?

We can safely remove your ozone system. Ozone systems are common up-sells by pool builders, and generate very little ozone. Pool builders claim that you will use less chlorine with an ozone system. In reality, you will never even be able to tell if the ozone system is helping you. These systems are generally attached to your pump through the drain plug, and can be prone to leaks. We recommend removing them.

No matter how messy it is, we do the best.

Pool filters should be cleaned at least twice each year however depending on the size of the filter, how many swimmers use the pool, or if the pool is heated could all affect how often the filter needs to be cleaned.
For our service customers, we charge an annual fee of $200 for unlimited filter cleanings. We will clean the filter as many times as necessary in that year to maintain proper filtration.
For a one time filter clean we charge $150.

Common signs your filter needs to be cleaned:

A filter service can save you money!

A dirty filter restricts water flow and and requires you to run the pool pump for longer to meet the turnover rate required for your pool. Not only this, but when water flow is restricted it provides the perfect environment for algae growth in your pool. A clogged filter also means unfiltered water could be passing through the vent instead of through the filter. A clean filter will let you run your pump for less time, saving you money.

No matter how messy it is, we do the best.

We test your water every week. We don’t just test your water one time when we get there, we will test after making any chemical additions to your pool. Unlike other companies who pop in for a few minutes and leave, we spend 30-45 minutes or more at your pool to make sure your water is crystal clear before we leave.

Your Pool: Straight to Your Inbox.

Each visit, you will receive an email from us complete with when the check was completed, pictures, chemical readings, as well as what was performed during the service.

All of our chemical readings are tracked for your pool in Skimmer. We don’t use paper log books. We don’t leave sticky notes on your patio door. These emails never expire, and you will always be able to access them.

Green to Clean and Specialized Cleanups

We can turn your green pool around in 48 to 72 hours. In many cases we can turn the water blue in just one day, only requiring us to vacuum and clean the filter afterwards. The sooner you call the sooner we can get your pool clear and blue again.

Dangers of Swimming Pool Algae

Swimming in a pool with algae, even if it appears clean can cause:

Mosquitos!

A single green pool can produce up to 3 million mosquitos per month. Houston doesn’t need anymore mosquitos. Contact us today.

Black Algae Removal

Black algae removal can be complicated. Sometimes, even if the algae is no longer visible, it can still live deep in the plaster. We use a combination of highly concentrated chlorine and lots of scrubbing to remove visible black algae. We also keep the chlorine up during this time. This process can take several days. We have seen good success with the algae not coming back to the surface after this method.

Some situations necessitate draining the pool

If the water is brown or black, or if the bottom of the pool is coated in sludge, the pool will most likely need to be drained. In some cases, the pool can be drained halfway and then refilled to dilute the water.

Draining a pool can cause damage to the plaster. Draining your pool is not right in every situation.
